Wellington Remodeling Contractor, New Kitchen from Design to Completion
Our remodeling contractors at PMI Remodeling and Repairs can help you with all sorts of remodeling projects with kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling. The
following is a review of a recent client who was forced to replace their entire kitchen due to a leak that occurred from a pipe break. We begin by showing the completed
New Kitchen Remodeling job.

A small leak was found under the original kitchen sink area
It all started with a leak that was coming from under the foundation from a pipe break somewhere much further throughout the house. The water found the path of least resistance and was coming from under the kitchen through a large portion of the house. The location of the leak was not known until a lot of the floor was removed.

The floors had to first be removed after leak was discovered in kitchen
It is amazing to see how much damage can be caused by water. After the leak was discovered, the entire floor had to be removed as shown in the next picture.
PMI sent out our team to review the replace of the cabinets as well as anything else related to demolition, plumbing, electrical work, plaster work, painting, cabinet installation, counter top installation, and assistance with appliances. There are lots of things to consider when you remodel your kitchen, and the client was excited that PMI is a Palm Beach County kitchen remodeling contractor is an expert in all areas.

New Kitchen Remodeling Design with crown molding above sink and cabinets
The next part of the new kitchen remodeling design we suggested was new cabinets with crown molding to offer a classy look and feel above the window looking out to the backyard as shown in the next picture.

New Kitchen Remodeling needed wall modified before refrigerator is moved
The first item our team had to do was modify the wall to move the refrigerator as well as move some piping and electrical outlets.

The Old Kitchen was demolished and wall modified before new remodeling takes place
We then removed all the existing cabinets and modified the wall to accommodate the refrigerator to be moved.

New Kitchen Cabinets being installed
The next step was then to install the New Kitchen Cabinets. The cabinets shown are by Designer’s Choice Cabinetry. The door style is a Breckenridge Raised Panel in a Cherry all wood construction with no particleboard. It comes in a Chocolate finish and is even made right here in Florida.

New Kitchen Cabinets being installed where the kitchen sink will be
Following is the installation of the cabinets for the side with kitchen sink.

New Kitchen Counter Top being installed
Then it was time to install the New Kitchen Counter Top. This counter top is made by Corian and is part of the Witch Hazel collection. Many feel this is among the best countertops that Corian has to offer since it doesn’t look like Corian. It’s almost a flawless copy of marble without all the care and maintenance associated with marble.

New Kitchen Remodeling almost completed minus Crown Molding, Backsplash and High Hat lighting
Here we are with almost a finished kitchen except the crown molding and backsplash has not be installed. Also the high hat lighting will be done last.

New Kitchen Remodeling almost completed with new Backsplash using 3×6 Tumbled Marble on a Broken Joint Installation
We then finished up with the backsplash using a 3×6 Tumbled Marble on a Broken Joint Installation (subway pattern)

Alternative Entry into the
completed New Kitchen Remodeling job
And here we are with the separate entry into the new kitchen with everything from the cabinets, to the counter tops, new sink, painting, splashguard and high hats installed.
